Our Story

Founded in the Bay Area, Avenues Consulting is a full-service public affairs and communications consulting firm specializing in community driven campaigns, impactful storytelling, project management, and strategy. At our core, we believe building power is done through collective leadership and community engagement. We work with governments, philanthropy, campaigns, nonprofits, community based organizations (CBOs), and industry leaders.

We come from the communities we serve.

Our Values

At Avenues Consulting, we are driven by our commitment to bring transformative change to communities and institutions. Our core values serve as the guiding principles that underpin everything we do, shaping our mission towards creating a more nuanced understanding of the communities we live in.

Our mission is to empower communities with the tools, knowledge, support, and resources they need to make informed decisions and shape their trajectories. Our work in cultural competency ensures that we lead with sensitivity and understanding, valuing the complex positionalities and needs of each community.

As immigrants and children of immigrants, we understand that systemic disparities have long plagued many communities. For this reason, our work is rooted in advocacy and social justice

Our work is not just a service—it is a relentless commitment to reshaping the landscape of opportunity for those who have been marginalized for far too long. We prioritize community-centered solutions that build relationships within the community, ensuring our initiatives are both relevant and effective.

Collaboration and partnership are integral to our approach. We foster cross-sector relationships and hold ourselves accountable to the work we are entrusted with.
